TreC+ is a new app, developed by the joint laboratory APSS/FBK of TrentinoSalute 4.0 in agreement with the Department of Health and the General Directorate and ICT Support Service, which allows citizens to register for the TreC service and access their Electronic Health Record conveniently from a smartphone or tablet.
Currently, 85,000 Trentino citizens are registered with TreC, the digital healthcare service platform that enables access to their Electronic Health Record, online consultation of reports and prescriptions, payment of healthcare services, management of their children's medical records, and much more.
According to a study conducted by TrentinoSalute 4.0 in collaboration with the University of Trento through 35,000 questionnaires, it emerged that the vast majority of respondents prefer mobile applications over computer access. The objective of this new app is to expand its user base.
The app can be activated at the counter or directly by the citizen independently if they already have SPID credentials or have activated their health card.
